TELentice delivers Exhibitors
more bang for their
marketing
buck!
Sydney,
04 July 2001
Exhibitors at the Pan-Pacific Marketing and New
Media Exhibition and Conference held recently
in Sydney were the first in Australia to have
personalised 60-second advertisements broadcast
throughout the Exhibition Hall for the entire
3 days of the show. The additional exhibitor service
brokered by Reed
Exhibition Companies, the conference managers,
saw each of the 110 vendors provided with a 60
second multimedia advertisement created by leading
content creators, DG
Warehouse which were then broadcast on multiple
rear screen projection televisions, supplied by
Thorn Commercial Services.
Powering
the solution was TELentice, the most advanced
digital advertising system available. TELentice
allowed Reed and Fujitsu to harness the full impact
of DG Warehouse's creativity and Thorn's hardware
by permitting very different schedules of ads
to be shown on each television. This allowed Fujitsu
to schedule as many rotations of each advertisement,
on as many different screens as possible. This
was particularly important as we wanted to make
sure that each vendor's advertisement ran as often
as possible during any two-hour period, as we
assumed this would be the average period of time
an exhibition visitor would stay in the hall.
The
TELentice software was installed and configured
on several standard PCs and delivered to Darling
Harbour the night before the conference start.
TELentice was scheduled to run ads for the full
duration of the Exhibition and as expected, TELentice
broadcasted continuosly for the entire conference,
ensuring maximum rotation of all vendor ads.

~ Delivering targeted multimedia messages to one
screen, or many ~
Sydney,
27-29 June 2001 -- The Pan-Pacific
Marketing and New Media Exhibition and Conference
is the first in Australia to commission the creation
and broadcast of multimedia advertisements for
all exhibiting vendors. Over 110 ads have been
created and will be continually broadcast throughout
the exhibition centre on TV walls made of 8 large
rear projector screens, wide screen TV's and even
plasma screens. The TELentice
software will be used to power the playing of
the ads on all display devices and will provide
multiple play schedules to ensure maximum impact.
Only with TELentice are the Exhibition organisers
able to avoid having to broadcast the same loop
of ads on all display devices. With TELentice,
each ad will run more often, in more locations
and with more clarity than any other advertising
system available.
Please
take the time to see TELentice live on the big
screens to see for yourself the difference precision
marketing provides.
